• Payment information: Transaction amounts, payment dates, payment reference numbers. We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details. All payment processing is handled by Triple-A, a licensed payment institution.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed

Order and payment records may be retained indefinitely as evidence in the event of disputes, chargebacks, or legal proceedings. You may request deletion of your account, however transaction and payment records may be retained as required by law.

• Service providers: We share necessary information with our payment processor (Triple-A) to process transactions

• Fraud prevention: We may share information with payment processors and relevant authorities to investigate and prevent fraud, chargebacks, or illegal activity
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. Payment data is processed by Triple-A (licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies solely for the purpose of maintaining your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
