Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are strictly final. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital marketing services, we maintain a comprehensive no-refund policy. Once an order has been submitted and accepted by our system, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. By placing an order you explicitly agree to this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Credits

Credits added to your SNS open account are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money at any time. Unused credits do not expire but cannot be withdrawn. We strongly recommend purchasing small amounts to test services before committing to larger purchases.

3. Service Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to server load, platform algorithm changes, or other technical factors outside our control. Delays do not constitute grounds for a refund. You acknowledge that digital marketing services involve inherent uncertainty and that results may vary.

4. Partial Delivery

In cases of partial delivery (where a service delivers fewer units than ordered), we may at our sole discretion offer partial credit compensation. This is not guaranteed and must be requested within 72 hours of the original order date. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a qualifying partial delivery.

5. Drop in Metrics

SNS open is not responsible for any drop in followers, likes, views, or other metrics after delivery. Social media platforms regularly audit and remove inauthentic activity. Such drops do not entitle you to a refund or re-delivery unless a refill guarantee was explicitly stated in the service description.

6. Account Issues

We are not responsible for any issues with your social media account including but not limited to: account restrictions, suspensions, bans, content removal, or any other action taken by third-party platforms. These events do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Incorrect Orders

You are solely responsible for providing accurate order information. Orders placed with incorrect links, usernames, or quantities cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please verify all information carefully before submitting.

8. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered will be considered fraudulent activity. In such cases we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account; (b) forfeit all remaining credits; (c) provide full transaction records and service delivery evidence to the payment processor and relevant authorities to contest the chargeback; (d) pursue legal remedies to recover losses including legal fees. All transactions are fully logged and documented.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the sole discretion to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. The fact that we make an exception in one case does not obligate us to make exceptions in other cases. To request a review, contact our support team within 72 hours of your order.
