Services are provided strictly "as is" and "as available". SNS open is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Spotify, or any other platform mentioned on this site.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Use of the Platform by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
(a) All orders are final once submitted. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded after placement. By clicking "Submit Order" you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.
(b) Credits purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
(c) You are solely responsible for providing accurate order information including correct links and quantities. We accept no liability for orders placed with incorrect information.
(d) Delivery times are estimates only. We make no guarantees regarding delivery speed or completion time. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon the rights of any third party; (c) engage in fraudulent activity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; (e) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice or refund.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNS open, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 30 DAYS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SNS open and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
The use of our services may involve third-party social media platforms. You acknowledge that such platforms have their own terms of service and that your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We accept no responsibility for any actions taken by third-party platforms including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or removal of content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
